My old agency used to do the 6 month inspections, and once they wanted to do it while we were away on holiday, so we said go ahead and do it (they had keys). Came home to find the front door had been left open for a week. Thankfully the postie had spotted this and pulled it to so nobody noticed it wasn't locked. Went fucking mental at them. |
