| Comment | What part of private land do you not get? It belongs to the surrounding buildings and unless you are an owner, or a tenant, you have no right of access. Would you open up your garden to the general public to sit in just cause it’s a nice day? And then clean up all the litter and take care of the maintenance afterwards? I suspect not. Just cause you desire something, doesn’t mean you can just take it mate. |
