In Japan being clean is a part of the education system.

It needs to be in Scotland as well.

Nothing wrong with cleaning up after yourself.

Even professionals in Japan mop and clean up after them selves. We need a shift in cultural mind set.

Other issue I have seen is that quality control is out the window, or its managed by staff that are mates of other staff. It's low key corrupt. Or there is no quality control. So a jobs done and no one checks to see if it's done.

Focus isn't quality and care, its statistics and ticking boxes.

Like when we get a questionnaire about mental health at work, I feel it's so they can just tick that box and say... Yup we asked that question so we can't be sued.
