So what are people supposed to do? Live in misery with no public spaces because there are always going to be shits who litter? That's ridiculous. Measures should be put in place to deal with it. A camera at every corner of the park and a regular walk through by authorities would do wonders. This isn't kelvin Grove where you'd need 500 people to properly check the park. The space is tiny and could easily be monitored. |
