Comment | I don't think no one sane in 2022 recommends running to lose weight and get fit.
Running is good because it is cheap, easy to do, feels good, you go outside and run. Perhaps the easiest sport to do. On the other hand it is bad for your knees, hip and back. Running means a constant impact on these joints. Long term this is not good.
Cycling, swimming or gym is much better and safer. |
