Would love to, used to run 10km 3-4 days a week pre-pandemic (5k time would have been ~23mins back then). These days I am a fat bastard who would probably struggle to run 1km in 30mins!

Couldn't do every day (not fit enough, not enough time, older now, lungs are shot too), but if you give me some details on where and when I'll see if I can make it.

I have zero issues dropping out part way through if I am gubbed (TBH, I should probably start with Couch to 5k). The paths through Pollok Park are good.
