I can say that in Malta, where I'm from, to get a hair cut, top up highlights and get hair dye (toner) for medium to long curly hair, it costs anywhere between 70 to 120 euros depending on the stylist. Haircut only (including wash) would be about 15 to 25 euros I would say. |
