| Comment | Frankie Boyle is from Glasgow I believe. In general Scots are very self deprecating. I'm not a Scot but I live in Glasgow. It's a great place to live I think, it just doesn't have the pretty tourist stuff that places like Edinburgh have, it's a city built on industry and has now switched to a service economy, as a result it's heritage is very working class. There's a bit of COVID attrition right now as a lot of the city centre shops have closed, personally I think that's temporary. |
