So you take the legs off a grand and a couple other bits. You put the main body onto it's side and into a wooden almost pallet type thing. You put removal ties onto the piano securing it to the sleeve and then you put more ties through gaps in it and lift it using the ties. An upright is pretty easy. Any reputable removal firm should manage that. A lot of good removal firms are hesitant to just do one off jobs but if you're really adamant you want the best service tell them that and they should be willing to provide it.
