| Comment | Tell your shipper to either refund you or send a new item. Its up to them to deal with Evri and they will have a contact person or account manager who can raise a claim for them. Chances are your parcel is lost if its been that long. Will be pointless going there, they'll not let you in and doubt they'll find it.
