OP is asking about a protest for GE. In Scotland that’s pointless because a GE will lead to another SNP majority and result in no change.
If a GE is held then labour will be in power and make Independence less likely. That’s the only outcome.
Independence seems to be a way to insulate ourselves from the Tories and WM politics/ English voters. By having the tories in power we will have a better chance of going independent.
