Glasgow council have started cracking down on Airbnb in flats now due to issues with short term lets. You're ok if the neighbours don't complain but if they do you could be in for a headache. Guy in my building bought out 3 or 4 flats to be used for Airbnb and has had to stop now due to complaints.
