To me, the only real black marks against Glasgow are the terrible public transport and cycling infrastructure and the lack of chippy sauce. And the chippy attitude some Glaswegians have about Edinburgh.
You can find tramps and junkies everywhere, Glasgow's city centre is very far from "empty",
Edinburgh is being absolutely hollowed out by overtourism . Leith has become a clone of every hipster hotspot in the world and Gorgie/Dalry is headed the same way. The Old Town is full of Live/Laugh/Love hen do retards or aggressive stag meatheads. |
