| Comment | I had this issue a while back, not with evri but with another firm. I lodges a complaint with the delivery company itself but when I went to the seller they said to deal with the delivery company. Poor guy on the phone was incredulous when I told him about the contract thing and insisted I was lying. Call centre guys don't have a clue how it works |
