Yes but they don't gerrymander the catchment areas and build houses specifically for the school. On top of that they don't differentiate between houses in the same postcode equal distances away based on the street or age of the house lived in.
Totally aware house prices are reflective of catchment area too btw you are absolutely right. But jordanhill as a public school are taking it upon themselves to deliberately try and exclude children who aren't as well to do. |
