I can relate that feeling but that won't do any good.. without effective communication could cause a big problem
Is it possible to write them with couple of languages (by Google translate) that can explain the problems or at least knowing what language they use? Building up a communication channel is essential before dealing with their problems in case she doesn't want the authority steps in at the current stage |
