Comment	I assume that was an improper use of the word - "landlord sent me the lodger" surely should say "contract"..? But valid point. If OP is a lodger then they have almost no rights whatsoever. Reads like a HMO with rooms rented as separate apartments (so then tenant) but ambiguous, yeah.
