Had issues maybe 3 year ago or so. Felt down more often than not. Never suicidal. Phoned GP, appointment next day. Dr offered me groups I could go to or if I wanted to be referred to a clinical physiologist (I’m sure that’s the title) then it could happen. I instead took fluoxetine and it worked for me. Everybody’s different I guess. My personal experience was decent enough. I know that some folk aren’t into it, but the prescription pills made me feel more normal and I didn’t feel bad coming off them. If you haven’t tried them then maybe you should read into it a bit.
