Check what internet providers are available and their deals.
Hyperoptic are often running incredible deals like 20-25 quid for 2 years of 1gbit internet.
Check whether the things stated in the home report are all correct, in particular stuff like insulation. Home reports don't necessarily mean much.
Give yourself a bit of time between getting the keys and moving in (if you can). This will give you the opportunity to check for leaks, maybe fix things, clean the place up, etc. |
