Comment	OpenRent is specifically private, non-estate agent landlords. But yeah, all the new/coming rules mean there’s way less places available to rent at a decent price. Could I ask - is it just a preference (I have the same preference, private > corporate!), or do you want to negotiate stuff like pets or something?
