What else do you want? You pay fees even if they do nothing.
I just checked mine for a tenement block of 8.
My building insurance is £490 for the year and I pay the factors £35 in fees a quarter. So say bare minimum would be £157.50 per quarter.
Although we do have regular star cleaning and garden maintenance which adds to the bill. But that's not included in the £35 fee. |
