| Comment | I heard something a few months ago about a proposal that would use the existing subway to connect to the airport via one of the service yards that brings the trains above ground for repairs (maybe Govan?).
It’s the easiest route to the airport and then connects it to both train stations via Queen St and St Enoch stops.
Either that or a Monorail going along the M8.
If it was going to cost a fortune, I think the money be better spent on making it easier to get about the city. It’s ideal for trams and buses if you get rid of the cars.
I’m not about to start gluing myself to anything, but there are far too many cars in the centre of a city as small as Glasgow.
