I worked as an engineer for sp energy network and I am going to guess he drilled through the close electrical service cable. The explosive potential of electricity is less well known than getting electrocuted but it is very very dangerous to damage any electric equipment that is on the street side of supply as the protective equipment is very remote! Hopefully the guy is alright but the potential is he is badly burnt 😬🥲 |
