| Comment | My wife went to the Ivy about a year ago (so I don’t know if this is still their policy). They only had drinks and when the bill came, there was an automatic service charge applied. Not a problem, but she asked if the staff got it, and the guy was uncomfortable and eventually admitted they didn’t, but he wasn’t really supposed to say that. She asked for it to be removed and left a cash tip instead. |
