We are in the process of getting quotes now, have received quotes anywhere between £3000 and £8000 for labour (materials on top) for a 1st floor bathroom. We are trying to go one-stop (letting the company arrange for the plumber, electrician, tiler...), this might be driving up the price.
We are not fussed on timelines, so haven't been pushing on that.
