I'm a nice one, so I'm not sure, but I'm sure if you report him to the Council, they'll look into it.
I'm also a Council worker, so here goes. It probably won't happen quickly, but he WILL get what's coming to him.
The Council might remove his landlord registration (unlikely I think), most likely he'll be sent a strongly worded letter.
It's not much, they WILL remove his landlord registration if he's found to be a repeat offender. (He may have previous complaints)
At very least, he'll stop acting like a dick to his tenants. |
