This has a huge effect of journey times in Glasgow but there seems to be a weary consensus that this ought to continue. The authorities fear a "you're taking away my bus stop" backlash, and the bus operators suspect it'll lose them revenue from fewer passengers.
When in reality it's one of the biggest causes of buses being slow and therefore unattractive to a wider customer base. |
