The only gym with an approaching style would be http://aerialedge.co.uk/ which is a circus school and as such focus a lot on flexibility, core strength and balance. These guys have been there for years and have a good reputation. Bonus: they have an app.

Some styles of yoga can also suit your needs. There’s a good Ashtanga yoga school 2 minutes away from George square: http://merchantcityyoga.com/ Judi, the lead instructor has been teaching there for over 10 years and Ashtanga really is a demanding style.

As for the hybrid mobility workouts, I am not aware of a gym dedicated only to this practice but I have heard of instructors teaching this stuff. Id recommend you see the people of Lululemon on Royal Exchange square, they should be able to point you in the good direction.
