I bought it from a website that went bankrupt during the pandemic.
Mine is quite big, something like 70x40 cm and the ones i have seen these days are smaller and prettier. Just make sure it's at least 10 000 lumen and don't be fooled by the Phillips one. They are colourful and do not get to that level of lumens. All SAD lamps are white light and it's the intensity of the light that activates the production of hormones in your body and generation of vitamin D not the colour of the light. |
