Anecdotally, we've passed on two flats where the sellers and estate agents indicated they'd accept home report.
Ultimately, neither of us can settle the argument over her negotiating tactics right now. Either it gets reduced, pulled, or she sells at a higher price. I guess we can check back in six months? |
