Yer not going to get many countries that are warm in Europe at that time of year tbh. If you cba with Spain/Portugal (and I don't blame you) Southern Italy is probably your best best, but it's not cheap.

That said I went to Bucharest in winter one year and it was like 25 degrees so that may be a shout. Cheap as fuck too.

Nae point looking from Glasgow cause flights are shite.
