My downstairs neighbour here in Greenock seems to have been hit by a truck by the market changes, first day he listed it, about 2 months ago, he had a half dozen viewers, I know he got a good offer that pulled out.
Now just nothing, he’s knocked £20k off of his offers over price.
I wonder when the home report values will start coming down.
