I pretty much asked the same thing on Sunday 😂 NHS mental health help is pretty shit just now btw so if you think you'll need any counselling/therapy in 6 months or so make sure you self refer just now...
I spoke to my GP and all she could suggest was signing me off sick or sending me to a bunch of charities for help.
