| Comment | Once you’re paid up and on track for this month, get them to send you an email stating the exact date rent has to be paid. It should be the same exact date each month. E.g. I always pay mine on the 20th. That way they can’t mess you about each month and you don’t need to worry about things changing. If they still change things about after this, you’re legally backed by their own words. |
