i get the references, i was just thinking “why would anyone want ice cream around 9PM when it’s nearing winter?” but having hot meals there too makes sense. although tbh you are right you can have ice cream any time of the year, i just found it pretty funny. i never really bother with ice cream vans these days, way too expensive.
