He's essentially said "Yes we'll own up to all the stuff that isn't shady, such as interviewing candidates and providing transport, though I actually can't confirm the last bit. I'll get my guys to check it (I won't) and get back to you all (I won't). HOWEVER, I won't be making any comments on the shady stuff, such as ghosting applicants, stealing their work and giving them zero credit or compensation for their work".
The dude is trying to appear like he's clarifying matters and engaging with the accusations. In fact, he's saying as little as he can to stop further damage of the brand, not to mention side-stepping the real issues to avoid providing evidence for legal action. |
