| Comment | I wouldn't miss them if they were made illegal but I know some people think they are really pretty. So I guess there are ways it could be managed without upsetting too many people: License certain places where letting them off is legal and make the use of these places really expensive and make it a requirement that that people have to book certain slots. That way the people who like them get to see a display, the people who like to let them off get a playground, and the rest of us can avoid them. Just the fact that more and more people have dogs makes fireworks less popular anyway |
