| Comment | I think they should be banned and only well organised public displays should be allowed.
Everyone that wants to can go enjoy a safe display at the likes of Glasgow Green while those of us that don't like them aren't bothered by the noise, and neither are pets, wildlife or people with dementia/PTSD. I used to work in a dementia care home and bonfire night was the worst, poor souls would be running around screaming thinking they were back in the Blitz or back in the war.
My poor wee dog is glued to my side and shaking life a leaf with all the racket going on. |
