I’m not sure you’re hitting on what irony is but I won’t argue that I’m being a bellend. But not really that surprising if you have complex ptsd and one of the triggers has literally been constant for the 3-4 days and in broad daylight (especially when it that is particularly pointless) you might be acting like a bellend. It changes the way you act as a person.
