It wouldn't take a private contractor over a week to organise it. Making the preparations for the event doesn't involve removing the seats from this public area in the first instance.
I am surprised that the bins are still there. A couple of months ago all the bins vanished for a week or two for no reason whatsoever. This was before the bin strike.
On other days it is also noticeable that half of the benches are away or removed from one side. Again no apparent reason. |
