I really don't see how they can't logistically position the buses in anticipation of this. Just no effort on their part to mitigate. Which incidentally is part of the larger issue, the likes of First and McGills have no incentive to do anything as no matter how bad they get, people have no choice but to give them money to get to their jobs |
