I learned this lesson when I turned up as instructed by NHS24 for an ‘appointment’ at MIU. The woman at reception looked at me like I had 6 heads for asking where I go for the minor injury unit and I felt like a right fanny when I had to sit and wait for 2 hours to be seen.
