SNP are toothless and shilling for the private firms, and it is their responsibility, but it is not their fault it is like this. It is an inherited problem and aye, the grace period for planning is over, things should have changed by now.
At least the one bus per 90 that turns up has Net Zero branding so we are amazing I guess.
