Are they going to un-pedestrianise the Kelvinway while the works are underway I wonder? If Byres Road and Kelvinway are both shut there is very little in the way of traffic routes between the ‘north’ and ‘south’ parts of the West End, if you know what I mean. I’m thinking of residents not so much through traffic.
