Just paid £1400 for the fees to buy my first place with Pacitti Jones (pick up the keys tomorrow so very current prices).
It was worth the price to be honest as I also used their mortgage broker since I was hunting for one amidst Truss' fuck up and got a better deal than I could find anywhere else.
