| Comment | I believe they sell courses teaching the very basics of buying lots of property. Basically buy a cheap buy to let on interest only, do it up, get it revalued and remortgage. Take the money out and use as a deposit on another flat. Rinse and repeat.
The fact people need to go on a course to learn this is quite embarrassing.
Then theres the renting of expensive cars for a day and making loads of videos wearing multiple changes of clothes to then drip feed out over the next 6 months on social media to give the illusion of vast wealth. |
