They hadn't been paying any rent this year to Intu/Xsite, so they ended up in court over it. Intu supposedly have another operator lined up to take over, so I guess they just want them out now.
HMRC are also chasing them for £1.2M tax bill and they owe £75k to their energy supplier (who was also taking them to court). Energy costs must be a killer for them, but the other two issues are entirely of their own making.

The guy behind Snow Factor is a Grade-A Walloper and has been trying to pocket all of the cash from the business this year. The administrators caught him trying to transfer £450k to his other company Ice Factor, to put it out of the reach of creditors.
