Ok. Next time you see someone being a dick on the train, you confront them about it. Doesn't matter if the conductor approaches them, attitudes here are so that people will most likely double down and refuse to cooperate.
Conductors can't physically throw people off the train or they'll be open to assault charges. It's not worth the pay cheque.
