Broke my right arm last year crashing due to a pothole on Govan road. Council wouldn’t accept blame because it wasn’t previously reported and no CCTV covered the area the incident happened. Couldn’t get a law firm to take on the case for the similar reasons. I lost six weeks of work and had to go on SSP for that time which was about 1/3 of my wage. All while I had a new child on the way….. bollocks. |
