Make an official complaint to the Chief Constable of Police Scotland in writing and pay for registered delivery. You are being repeatedly SWAT'ed and the local cop shop is facilitating that with their incompetence and lack of process.
Don't settle for a verbal or written apology, insist on financial compensation for entering your property. If your door was not ajar or open, mention that the shift cops are lying in their statements. Show photos of the damage as evidence.
Only an on record event can help you prevent a repeat. If that complaint also led to some financial compensation however how small, then even better. |
